Do you have a credit card charge on your statement from BACKSTAGE LLC or BACKSTAGECHARGE.COM and don’t remember where it came from? Hopefully we can help you answer that question. What is this charge on my credit card?
The charge on your credit card is from Backstage. Backstage is a service that helps artists, authors, musicians, and small startups by selling merchandise on their behalf. It could have either been for a physical product, like a book, or a digital product, like a music album, or a combination of both.

Who has access to my information?
Our system does not store or keep your payment information once it has been processed by our payment processor. Backstage will not sell or release your email, name, or other contact information to a third party other than the artist who created the product you are purchasing.

I don’t remember what I ordered.
If you save your older email, you might try searching for a receipt under the email address: feedback@go-backstage.com, or searching for the line BACKSTAGE LLC or BACKSTAGECHARGE.COM. If you can’t find anything, please contact us with your name, the amount of the charge, and the date of the charge. We will be able to track down your order and re-send you a receipt.

Help! I’ve been billed the wrong amount!
If you believe you’ve been charged an incorrect amount, please contact us and let us know immediately and we will do everything we can to correct any errors on our end.

I haven’t received an item I ordered yet.
Digital items are available for immediate download after you complete your purchase. If you need help re-downloading an item, please contact us. Physical items are usually shipped by the artist and you will want to contact them for a status on your shipment. If you can’t reach them, or do not remember who you ordered from, let us know and we will put you in touch with them.

Can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know how we might be able to make it right.
